So, I was thinking about going to see him…without telling my mum. 

I would tell her I’m going to one of my best friend’s houses for the day (she lives about an hour away from us) and actually go to the airport, hop on a plane, and meet my LDB. 

I’d stay with him for a few hours (I know, not much, but it’s better than nothing!), get the plane back to Ireland, and go straight home. 

I know lying to my mum probably isn’t the best way, but otherwise I’m not going to be able to meet him, and I’ll lose him for good.
